Interior, Exterior or Whole House Remodeling

This home was nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but close to great schools, access roads, and shopping. The homeowners needed a larger family room and kitchen. Their family needed a craft area and they wanted an updated look. Van Berg of Berg Residential Construction, Inc., worked with them to design and build the addition and to remodel the interior and exterior of the home. The design entailed using the existing garage to extend the family room, enlargement of the kitchen, and incorporation of a craft room. The addition became the new attached garage on the end of the home. The exterior took on a new look. These shots were taken shortly before the remodel was complete. Note, the bookshelves in the entry hide the coat closets behind them. The homeowner’s later added their landscaping. Not pictured were the three remodeled baths. For ideas on baths, click here.
