Decks, Patios & Covers – Custom Designs and Construction

For the design and construction of this beautiful deck, patio cover (not shown), and privacy screen, Berg Residential Construction, Inc., received the coveted Contractor of the Year Award from the Greater Sacramento Valley Chapter of The National Association of the Remodeling Industry for Best Specialty Remodel (1995). The homeowners were so pleased with the project that a year later they asked Berg Residential Construction, Inc., to build another deck and gazebo for their sunken spa. Notice how the design compliments the steep hillside and natural oak trees.

The owners of this beautiful home enjoy a view of their acreage and pond, while entertaining or relaxing in their spa built into their covered deck. This deck was built four years before these photos were taken and serve to illustrate the maintenance free man-made materials available for use in lieu of wood.

This sun screen was built to conform with the existing patio of this new home in Roseville.
