Bath and Master Suite Designs and RemodelsFor the gorgeous master bath below, Berg Residential Construction, Inc., received the Contractor of the Year Award in 2005 by the Greater Sacramento Valley Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) in the category “Residential Bath $30,000-$60,000”. About their bath, the Roseville homeowner’s were quoted by The Sacramento Bee as saying, “Our bath is our favorite room in the house.” The bath is relatively small, but has nearly every amenity. Solid granite vessel sinks sit on a granite countertop. Brushed nickel fixtures are mounted on the tumbled marble walls. A tower divides his and her areas of their custom cherry vanity. The deco strip in the over-sized tumbled marble shower coordinates with the bench seat and inset diamonds in the radiantly heated tile floor. A rain tree and multiple shower heads provide a relaxing body spray system. The bath has beautiful lines – the frameless custom glass shower enclosure adorns the continuous bath and shower floor.
In Davis, California, Berg Residential Construction, Inc., transformed a homeowner’s small dark bath and dressing area into a bright, colorful, and functional bath. To give the illusion of more space, Berg Residential Construction, Inc., removed a wall, installed a tub/shower combination, built a custom oak vanity and mirrored cabinet, installed new fixtures, and set white tiles with a beautiful blue accent. For this transformation, Berg Residential Construction, Inc. in 1996, was awarded the coveted Contractor of the Year Award by the Greater Sacramento Valley Chapter of The National Association of the Remodeling Industry in the category of Residential Bath Under $15,000. Actually, Berg Residential Construction, Inc., remodeled both the master and hall baths for under $15,000.
This whirlpool tub and shower are an ideal place to relax. A walk-in closet, vanity, and linen cabinet separate the bath from the master suite.
