Room Additions and Enclosures

An expanded living area was provided by this patio enclosure while maintaining the architectural design.

Soon after purchasing this home, the homeowners decided on a room addition to expand their living area. The homeowners now enjoy their new family room where they read in front of their marble fireplace, dine in their new bay, or shoot a game of pool.

Adding an attached or detached garage or expanding storage is no problem for Berg Residential Construction, Inc., who installs fire-rated folding ladders, plywood decking, and lighting to allow homeowners to use the space above their garages for storage (not pictured).

To enlarge the family room and provide a wood working workshop, the right hand side of this home was extended. The homeowner’s were so enthusiastic about this addition, they later remodeled and extended their adjacent kitchen. Notice how the addition maintains the home’s original integrity.

Adding a new master suite was no problem. See the beautiful new bedroom and bath in the photos below. The addition ties into the home seamlessly.
